Leigh Johnston CMIOSH RMaPS – Leigh is the Managing Director of Peligro. Before forming the company in 2007 Leigh worked in several manufacturing establishments in a health and safety capacity as both a site and regional advisor. Leigh has worked as a local authority health and safety advisor in Coventry and he then went on to work as as a construction specialist. This led him to become a safety consultant and has experience in a wide ranging number of fields which include, CDM co-ordinator, fire risk assessments, retail industry consultancy, restoration to name but a few. Leigh has 16 years experience of health & safety management, with the last 8 being spent in consultancy.
Zoe Johnston BSc, pg. Dip, grad IOSH - Zoe is a Director in Peligro Risk Management Ltd and has wide-ranging expertise in health and safety, food safety and fire safety consultancy. Zoe has previously gained valuable experience in enforcing health and safety legislation and currently specialises in the commercial property management sector, retail industry and food establishments. Zoe is a competent fire risk assessor and also specialises in carrying out manual handling and workstation risk assessment. Zoe is a qualified health and safety and food safety trainer and can also deliver bespoke in house courses. Having completed the national recognised ISO 9001:2000 Lead Auditor course she is qualified to carry out quality audits of business systems.
